SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WIVOV will be responsible for paying all the fees that should be paid to customs when the package arrives in your country. You don’t need to provide additional information or pay fees.

Exception: Brazil, Chile

Processing Time: We usually ship your order within 2 business days (4 business days during a public holiday), custom orders excluded. We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Your package will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the UK, US, or HK, depending on the delivery address and availability of the item ordered.

Delivery Issue Management

Delay / Delivery Failure

Your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe due to reasons such as transit delays, bad weather, an incorrect address you provided, your absence during delivery, or other issues.

Delivered but not received

Your package was marked as successfully delivered (to you, your door, or your mailbox), but you did not receive it or it was stolen afterward.

Damaged

The items in the package arrived damaged.
