For reference I'm a recommended 3xl / D cup. This binder is great for individuals who have broad or wide shoulders, I can attest to this myself. While there is no instructions on how to put it on, it was fairly simple once I looked up a guide. Keep in mind if you have large breasts then you WILL struggle getting a flatter chest, and it is going to take some adjusting. Something I wish was different about the binder is that it had a band at the bottom to stop it from rolling up, since that is the biggest issue, along with gapping at the bottom, I've had. If you sit down you may have to readjust, depending on how far up it rolls you can do it discreetly or it could be extremely obvious. For me personally, the farthest it went up was to just beneath my breasts. Otherwise, with these miniscule and otherwise ignorable things I've personally found in my experience, this is a great binder that does the job, is EXTREMELY comfortable, and the straps have a very low chance of showing through shirts, which I know is a big issue for a lot of people.
