RETURN & EXCHANGE

We offer a 30-day conditional exchange and refund policy (from the date of delivery) for chest binders purchased from our online store, wivov.com.

This policy does not apply to in-person orders, wholesale orders, and donation orders.

Conditions For Return

Make sure the items are in new condition with original tags.

Provide the original order number or order email address in the “Subject” of your email.

Provide reasons for return or exchange. We would recommend providing your full bust measurement and across-shoulder widthat the same time.

If the courier fails the first delivery for some reason, they will arrange a second delivery within 2 days. If you want to apply for a refund for not receiving the package, please apply after the second failed delivery.

In the event of the courier’s unsuccessful first delivery attempt due to the recipient’s absence, an insufficient or incorrect address, we will initiate a second delivery request with the carrier. Meanwhile, please note that the order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. (This is due to the additional fees incurred for the second delivery.)

No Return & Refund

Once the package has been shipped, the shipping fee in the order becomes non-refundable. (We will deduct the standard shipping fee from the order with free shipping and refund the rest.)

As the response of each person’s skin to adhesive tape varies, trans tapes and nipple guards are non-refundable and unexchangeable.

Custom products are non-refundable and unexchangeable.

Should you inform us of an incorrect address subsequent to the shipment of the package, regrettably, we will be unable to approve a refund request for you. This is due to the nature of international shipping, where once a package is shipped and not successfully acknowledged upon delivery, the option for returning the package to the sender becomes unavailable.

If the size you purchased differs by more than 2 sizes from the size you actually need, we cannot accept your return or exchange request. For instance, if you purchased an XS but needed an L, your request will be declined. This policy is in place because such a discrepancy suggests that the size chart was not properly checked before purchase.

We kindly accept only one return or exchange request per order. Once we have shipped your exchange order, please be aware that the original order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you provide an incorrect address and notify us after the package has been shipped, we cannot retrieve the package. We can only send you a new package. In this case, your order will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If a package sent to Hawaii or Alaska cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we do not offer refunds or reship the order.

Tips are non-refundable.

If you buy multiple binders in your order, we can only facilitate the return or exchange of up to 2 binders. Consequently, we advise against purchasing more than 2 binders if you’re uncertain about the size.

If a package is marked as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date. Failure to do so within this timeframe will prevent us from tracing the package’s specific situation with the delivery provider, and refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Some special offers do not accommodate returns and exchanges. We will make it clear on the product page.

Exchange & Return Fees

You’re only need to cover the processing and shipping fees associated with your exchange order, with no additional charges for the replacement item. Once your exchange order is created, we will send you an email with a payment link for the fees.

If you decide to return the items for a refund, a return fee of USD $12/item ($15/item for CB07), or its equivalent in other currencies, will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.

Under normal circumstances, we are responsible for collecting the package that needs to be returned. However, we cannot provide the return pickup service in some areas. You need to return the items to the designated place. We hold the authority to decide whether or not to provide reimbursement for the expenses incurred in shipping the returned items.

RETURN PROCESS

Request

If you wish to make a return or exchange, you can easily initiate a request through the contact form within 30 days of receiving your package. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and assist you throughout the process.

Pack & Label

Please ensure that you pack the items carefully, even if you do not have the original packaging. Once you receive the return label from us, please print or write it clearly on the package.

Sit & Wait

The courier will reach you within 5 days and take the package away. If the pickup service is unavailable in your area, please contact a shipping company for a return.

Receive Money Or Replacement

We will arrange a refund or exchange for you after the courier takes your package away. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you. A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days.
