SIZING
🌈
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING
Discovering a well-fitting chest binder is consistently a hurdle. Even when two individuals with identical body measurements wear the same binder, their comfort levels might differ.
Sizing differs across various brands due to the utilization of distinct fit models by clothing companies.
Because our various chest binders offer different levels of flattening, the size charts are not universal.
Do not assume that purchasing a specific size is the right choice without measuring your body. While we do provide free exchanges, selecting the wrong size can lead to significant costs and time wastage.
We’ve engaged with our customers via surveys and gathered extensive data to create our size charts.

TWO MEASUREMENTS
Across Shoulder Width
Stand up straight and keep your shoulders relaxed; Find the bony points at the outer edges of your shoulders. These are the points where your shoulder meets your upper arm. They are usually at the same level as the tops of your armpits; Lay the measuring tape along your back (it might have a slight curve), extending from your left shoulder to your right shoulder to ascertain the measurement of your across shoulder width.
Full Bust Measurement
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your chest at nipple level. If your nipples are not at the fullest part of your bust, measure around the fullest point instead. Take the measurement either topless or while wearing a snug-fitting shirt for best accuracy.

Check & Pick
Choose the larger size based on your shoulder and bust measurements.
- Shoulder size smaller than bust size → choose bust size.
Example: Shoulder M, Bust XL → choose XL - Shoulder size larger than bust size → choose shoulder size.
Example: Shoulder L, Bust S → choose L
Keep in mind that every product is accompanied by its own size chart. Make it a habit to review the size chart each time you make a product selection. The size guides are located under the ‘add to cart’ button on each product page.
