What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
How much should I pay for shipping?
Free shipping thresholds vary by country. Should your order fall below this threshold, standard shipping will incur a fee ranging from $7 US to $9 US.
Should I pay for taxes or duties?
You will not be charged duty or tax on items brought from wivov.com. We pre-pay all the taxes for a package imported into your country. So, usually, there is nothing you need to pay for except the product price and shipping fee.
Just in case, please pay for it if anyone asks you to pay tax or any bill related to your package. Then keep the documents and send them to us. We will return the money to you after checking.
When will my package arrive
Usually, your package will reach you within 6-15 days after shipment. We will send notifications to your email address when the package leaves our warehouse or arrives at the next station.
You can also track it on the "PACKAGE TRACKING" page. (Your order number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.)
Where is my package sent from?
The shipping of our packages will originate from warehouses situated in the United Kingdom, United States, and Hong Kong. The specific location depends on the products you purchase and the available inventory at the time of shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I exchange it for another size or color?
Absolutely, we offer 30 days of return and exchange. Simply contact us and tell us the reason.
Please be sure to provide your full bust measurement and across-shoulder width in your email so we can find out where the problem is and recommend a more suitable size.
In addition, we display the correct colors of all products on the website, so we don't want you to return or exchange them due to the wrong color selection, which will cause unnecessary losses to us. Even we'll fix that for you anyway.
