The positives: Great compression without really feeling like compression. It's a nice solid hug, and compared to "shaping tanks", this doesn't move on my body type at all. I was worried the bottom hem would shift and roll through the day but it doesn't. So even though I'm not going for a slimming, shaping effect (and there's not much compression on that part), it still smooths some stuff out. The bust compression is decent. Not heavy duty, but enough that I feel pretty confident most of the time.
The not so great but not the end of the world: My bust does shift around a little throughout the day. I could maybe solve this by going down a size, but I went with the site recc based on my measurements. Also sometimes, in the process of shifting, the edge of the compression band catches my nip and creates a world of sensory struggles and not in a good way. So then I have to excuse myself, shift my parts, and get on with my day. Again, not the end of the world, and I'll be eager to see if sizing down one will eliminate that issue.
I will say, out of the three I purchased, this style is my favorite if only because it makes me feel the safest under my clothes. It's just a feeling, but it goes a long way when you're struggling with body dysphoria. Also, it's nice under a button up and can pass as an "undershirt".
