Only one refund or exchange request is allowed per order. Once a partial refund has been issued or an exchange order has been shipped, the original order and any exchange order become final and are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Returned binders cannot be resold.

So, returns and exchanges are capped at two binders per order, with a strict limit of one binder for the CB07. Consequently, we advise against purchasing more than 2 binders if you're uncertain about the size.

We do not accept refund or exchange requests while an order is still in transit. Please wait until you have received your package before submitting a request.

The following items and charges are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Shipping fee, Insurance fee, Taxes, Tips.
• Due to skin sensitivity and hygiene considerations, chest tape, nipple guards, and removal oil are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and packers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If the courier fails the first delivery for some reason, they will arrange a second delivery within 2 days. If you want to apply for a refund for not receiving the package, please apply after the second failed delivery.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable or the shipping address is incorrect, we will contact you to verify the delivery details and arrange another delivery attempt with the carrier.

Once the second delivery request has been submitted, the order will no longer be eligible for a return or refund due to the additional delivery costs incurred.

If your package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. After this period, we may be unable to investigate the delivery with the carrier, and refund requests will no longer be accepted.

When you request an exchange:

The only cost you'll need to cover is the Exchange Processing & Shipping Fee, which generally falls between US$12 and US$28 based on shipping rates and the quantity of replacement items. The replacement item itself is provided at no additional cost (However, if you choose the CB07, price difference will be charged.)

Once your exchange order is created, we will send you an email with a payment link.

When you request a partial refund:

Please note that if you return items for a refund, the standard shipping fee and a per-item return fee will be deducted from your total amount.

• If your order qualified for free shipping, please note that the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• The return fee ranges from US$15 to US$18 per item. These amounts will be deducted in USD or the equivalent in your local currency.

Under normal circumstances, we will arrange the return pickup. However, pickup service may not be available in some areas. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or an alternative return option. Either way, you won’t have to pay any return shipping fees.
