Prior to ordering this binder I previously only had one left in my possession, a half tank gc2b binder from 2019 ish. While gc2b (back then) wasn't necessarily bad, it wasn't the most comfortable as someone with pretty moderate sensory issues. I was nervous to order my flow binder from a shop I had never heard of, but I am so glad I did!
The binder is ACTUALLY sensory friendly, not just a lazy "oh it has a smaller tag in the back" type of gimmick. There are zero tags anywhere, the material is so much softer (even the front panel!), and there are no traditional seams on the sides (and the ones under the armpit and lining the shoulder straps are very short, tightly sewn, and aren't itchy or irritating).
I have a 34 inch bust and my shoulders I believe are 16 inches, which according to the chart would be the higher end of a size medium. I sized up to a large to be safe (on top of sensory issues I also have a condition that makes me out of breath easily), and it fits but felt a little tighter in the shoulders than I'd personally like. However after stretching it a bit before wearing it felt okay!
My only concern I can think of is that it may not last as long due to the lack of traditional stitched seams, but as someone who doesn't wear a binder regularly I believe it'll work out alright.
It isn't going to make you as flat as some other binder options, but for me the sensory friendly aspect more than outweighs the few possible cons. I definitely recommend!! :]
