Bought 2 of these and a sports one they are good in that they all do the job and well priced. I’m a 36E (after a self measure, bought the XL size). I have hated my chest for years having been embarrassed in my sports and on the receiving end of unwanted attention. I now use for running/ triathlon. So far, they do flatten the breast area down but my chest area still looks large, but more muscly? From a sporting perspective I can run and cycle without vibration so strong compression and better than your average sports top or bra, no metal buckle or wires or under bust chaffing! A bit of a squeeze to get on and off but worth it. The material is substantial two Lycra type layers and would be fine on its own for training in without a top (unfortunately my tummy is embarrassing too so I will always wear a T shirt over.) For autumn / winter this is great and gives an additional base layer but for summer if you’re confident go just with the top it’s enough and it absorbs sweat which wickers away. I tend not to wear during the day because baggy jumpers hide me but I can see them being useful for everyday compression if you wanted to hide / change your form for whatever reason. Customer service was great too. Unfortunately if you are in the larger side, like me the fat has to go somewhere so it does spread out so a bit of bust arrangement can make the chest area look a bit more normal and most importantly the fat doesn’t spread out of the top under the pits which is great, my two bra approach years ago left me with 4 tits 😱! Not a good look wish I could have gotten one of these then! Definitely recommend but maybe buy the sports one for running high impact sports and the lighter one for cycling and every day wear .
